TOWN HALL MEETING The Leadership Team has been meeting to officially form a new Capital Fundraising Team in preparation for our campaign to build our first building in September of 2009! There will be a third Town Hall Meeting held on July 20th to announce this team, present a fund raising strategy, and to address good questions that were brought up in our two Town Hall Meetings concerning our Phase 1 building! The Town Hall Meeting will be preceded by a box lunch immediately following morning worship. Please plan to join with the rest of the Trinity family as we share in a time of fellowship, and help us to make a strong start for this important task ahead of us. Please be in prayer for this historic time in our church! PICTORIAL DIRECTORY Trinity's first pictorial directory will be distributed on Sunday, July 20. At this time, we are printing one edition per family and want you to know this will be an ongoing project as new members are added. We hope the directories will help you stay in contact with one another and be a valuable tool in building this precious community of faith. Please continue to let the office know if your contact information changes or if you would like your family photo included in the next edition. MENS PRAYER BREAKFAST The men's breakfast will be on Saturday July 18th at 8:00 am at the home of David Brimberry. If you need directions, call David @ 281-395-6807. We are studying a booklet by Tom and Henry Blackaby called "The Man God Uses". This study looks at the surge of God's activity in the hearts of men and provides help and encouragement to the men that God is touching. SUNDAY MORNING ADULT BIBLE STUDIES
Join us at 9:30 am on Sunday for a Biblical study on Prayer. Over the past few months Trinity Baptist Church has experienced a renewed call to prayer. The Deacons have been meeting weekly to pray with the staff and many church members have gathered to pray for our church. We will meet together in the Worship Center for a time of Bible Study and then we will have a designated time for corporate prayer. Don't miss this exciting study! MISSION TRIP UPDATES
God Bless and Keep Praying to the Lord of the Harvest for: the people of South Texas and Cuba; the churches and pastors we will serve; and the continued preparation for these trips. YOUTH CAMP 2008 Youth Camp will be July 14th through July 18th at Highland Lakes Camp and Conference Center on Lake Travis. We will leave the church office on Monday morning and will return on Friday afternoon. The cost of the week will be $ 210.00 and a $50 deposit will be due by the end of May. Information sheets and forms can be found at the welcome table or you can email Jason Mayfield for more information. SENIOR ADULT FELLOWSHIP The seniors have a field trip planned for Monday, July 7th. They are going to Rosenberg for a full day of activities including the vegetable farm, antique shopping and lunch. Please meet at Dunn Brother's @9:30. Contact Harold Gates @832-715-6927 if you have any questions. TRL- TRINITY YOUTH NIGHT TRL will continue June 8th. THE REAL LIFE (TRL) normally meets the 2nd and 4th Sunday evenings @ 6:30pm. This is the time for all youth (grades 6-12) to enjoy fun, fellowship and Bible study. The Sr. High group meets at the home of Dan and Amy Withers. Junior High students meet this week at the Swanson home, 2603 Braer Ridge Drive.. Contact Dan or Amy Withers at 281-398-1906 or the church office for more information. HOME GROUPS Home Groups will resume in the fall. These are groups that meet in members' homes for fellowship and bible study. Please contact the church office or the Sunday morning welcome table for more information. KIDS FOR CHRIST Do you have a kindergarten through fifth grader? Are you looking for something to do this summer? Join us in for a fun afternoon designed with age appropriate activities your child will enjoy! This week, we will enjoy inflatables @ 2482 Mason Road. If your children are in K-2nd grade and you can stay, we invite you to join us. At 11:30, we will go down the road to CiCi's Pizza on Mason Road. Please pick up your children at CiCi's at 12:30. MASTER PLAN DESIGN UNDERWAY Trinity Baptist Church has purchased property at the corner of Fry and Spring Green. An architect has been hired to begin design work with the Master Plan Design Team led by Rick Sumrall. Please pray for God's guidance and blessings as we enter this next stage. TRINITY MEETS AT BECKENDORFF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL We are meeting at our new "semi-permanent" home at Beckendorff Junior High School located at 8200 South Fry Rd.
