KEEPING THE FAITH ... GROWING HIS CHURCH
On September 12, 2006 Trinity purchased 14.9 acres of land at the intersection of Fry Road and Spring Green Boulevard, near Seven Lakes High School. “Keeping the Faith, Growing His Church” is an opportunity for our church members and others to prayerfully give above and beyond their regular tithes and offerings to accomplish God’s work at Trinity. The following is a few demographics and statistics that explain why we are excited about what God has planned for us.
- In the SW quadrant of KISD (south of I-10 and west of the Grand Parkway), over 23,000 new housing occupancies are projected between 2005-2015. Over 80% of these new housing starts are within a 3 mile radius of the Trinity land location.
- Developments south of the Westpark Tollway have a combined design development population of over 26,000 people.
- At the time of its completion in 2005, Seven Lakes High School was the largest school in area in the state of Texas and second largest in the United States and also the most expensive public school ever built in the United States.
- The Master Plan Design Team is currently working on developing a Master Plan for our future facility.
- Per our contract, Trinity must break ground on Phase I of our facility within 3 years of the land closing.
God is doing a great work at Trinity! We cannot meet these goals alone! We have taken a step of faith to allow God to provide. Come join us as we grow together! The following are some things that you can do to help Trinity:
